Pre-construction Services

Our talented estimating and project management staff provide comprehensive  pre-construction services that facilitate the entire construction process.  We offer consultation on construction issues, conceptual estimating, scheduling, value engineering, environmental studies and plan review.

Our mission is to be a vital member of the pre-construction team .This allows us   to assist in coordinating the project strategy and scheduling and securing long time critical permits and long lead items. Being on board early enables us to identify potential construction issues and prevent these from becoming problems during the construction process.

General Contracting

Steward Builders serves as the General Contractor in the majority of our projects: facilitating, managing, and supervising all aspects of the construction process.  Our projects have included new buildings, building renovations, finish-out of new interior space, and modifications to existing tenant facilities.  We have the in-house staff and field forces to manage many aspects of a project and access to an established team of pre-qualified sub-contractors.

Self-Performed Work

As a true general contractor, Steward Builders employs a labor force of skilled trades-people who can perform a wide range of construction activities efficiently and safely.

Construction Management

For select projects, Steward Builders serves as a construction manager rather than a general contractor. We provide the Owner with consultation, recommendations, and oversight of the construction process rather than direct management and supervision of the project.

Design Build

In addition to our other services, Steward Builders can furnish our clients with access to our in-house architect for complete design-build services.  In these instances, Steward Builders works directly for the owner and participates in design developments, schematic design, budgeting , contract document preparation.
